John J. Commisso,

President and Founder

​

A former CPA and long-time attorney and business advisor, John Commisso has more than 20 years of professional experience, providing services to clients in a broad array of industries, including real estate development, construction, engineering, architecture, banking, and financial services. He has a demonstrated history of success delivering the highest quality client services and helping business owners and executives solve complex problems. 

John earned an Accounting degree from Boston College's Carroll School of Management. He graduated summa cum laude and received the Wall Street Journal Award for outstanding academic achievement. 

John also earned a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. He graduated magna cum laude, finished in the top 10% of his class, and served on the editorial staff of The Georgetown Law Journal. He passed the New York and Massachusetts Bar Exams and is currently licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

At PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), as a public accountant, he provided audit and business advisory services for public and private companies in a variety of industries, including banking, financial services, mutual funds, manufacturing, and health care. John passed the CPA exam and was previously licensed as a CPA in Massachusetts. 

As an attorney, John has worked locally and nationally with public and private companies, and businesses of all sizes, across a broad spectrum of industries, including real estate development, banking, financial services, public construction projects, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, retail, professional services, and health care.
